Christmas, Easter, half-term, and winter sun weeks fill fastest. If you know your dates, booking 1–2 weeks ahead (or more) secures your preferred day.
Teide flights have fewer suitable weather days — book Teide early in your trip so you have room to reschedule if needed.
Shoulder season & weekdays
Outside school holidays, same-week bookings are often fine — especially mid-week.
Standard and Recommended south-coast flights have the most daily capacity.
