These terms apply to online bookings on https://www.flytenerife.com. Agency bookings may also follow the commercial agreement with that agency.

A booking is confirmed when we have received your online payment (or, for agency bookings, when the agency booking is created in our system). You will see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email with the same details.

Online slots are limited. Website bookings cannot exceed the published capacity for that time. Prices shown include IGIC.

You agree to follow the pilot’s briefing and instructions, wear the harness correctly, and tell us before the flight about any health issue that could affect safety (including recent surgery, pregnancy, serious back or neck problems, or heart conditions).

The minimum age is 5 years, with a parent or legal guardian’s consent. The accompanying adult is responsible for the child on the ground and for confirming that the child can follow the briefing.

There is no maximum age if the passenger meets the weight and health requirements.

Passengers must weigh between 20 kg and 120 kg (44–265 lbs). This is a safety limit for our tandem equipment — we cannot fly outside it.

There is no height limit — our harnesses fit passengers of all sizes.

If a passenger is outside the weight range on the day, we cannot fly that person. We will refund that passenger’s flight if you told us the correct weight at booking; if the weight was not disclosed, we may treat it as a customer cancellation.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booked flight time. Email or WhatsApp us with your name and booking reference. We will refund the amount you paid online, back to the same payment method, usually within a few working days (Stripe processing times apply).

Cancellations less than 24 hours before the flight, or a no-show, are not refundable, unless we agree otherwise (for example a medical emergency with documentation).

Changing date or time is free if we have space and you ask at least 24 hours ahead; later changes depend on availability.

Paragliding depends on wind, cloud, and safety. If we cannot fly your slot, we will contact you and offer a new date and time, or a full refund of what you paid online — your choice.

Launch and landing sites can change on the day. That is not a cancellation. Pickup time may move slightly so we can fly in the best window.

Online payments are taken in euro by Stripe. Your booking is not confirmed until payment succeeds. If a charge is reversed or fails after confirmation, we may cancel the flight.

IGIC is included in the price shown at checkout.

Tandem paragliding is an adventure activity. We fly with certified pilots, insured operations, and modern equipment, but weather and sport carry risk. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any right you have that Spanish consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

We handle your data as described in our privacy policy, including payment processing by Stripe.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you booked as a consumer, you may also rely on mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. The Spanish courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife have jurisdiction, without limiting your right to bring a claim in your local consumer court where the law allows.
