How launch and landing sites are chosen

Launch and landing are not tied to your flight type. Every morning we read the weather and pick the best combination for that day — then confirm the plan when we message you.
Launch sites
South Tenerife launches: Taucho, Ifonche, El Tanque, and Güimar.
Izaña in Teide National Park is used for Teide flights when conditions allow.
Your pilot selects the site — not you, and not your ticket type (except Teide, which always uses the mountain).
Landing sites
Possible landings include Playa Paraiso, La Caleta, Los Silos, Puerto de Güimar, and Puerto de la Cruz — depending on where we launch and the wind on the day.
Beach landings are not guaranteed every flight; they depend on conditions and the landing zone available.
Pickup
Free hotel pickup and return from the south of the island is included — we collect you about 30 minutes before your slot.
