How we decide
Pilots check forecasts and live conditions at launch sites before we collect guests. If it is not safe, we do not fly — full stop.
Launch and landing sites change with the weather. That is normal and part of professional tandem operations.
If we cancel your flight
We contact you by WhatsApp or email as early as we can — usually the evening before or the morning of your slot.
We offer a reschedule to the next suitable day during your stay, or a refund according to our booking policy.
Tips for your holiday
Book your flight for the start of your trip if possible — that gives flexibility to move a day if the weather shifts.
