How high you fly varies by flight and depends on the day's weather — from up to 500 m on Paratrike to up to 2,250 m on Teide. Even on a warm Tenerife day, it is noticeably cooler in the air.

Closed-toe sport shoes or trainers with good grip — no sandals or flip-flops.
Light jacket or hoodie you can move in. Long trousers are fine; avoid restrictive clothing.
Sunglasses optional — many guests prefer them for the glare at altitude.
